12/16/21-GRACE

Have you visited the Throne of Grace lately? If your answer is what is it? or no, then you haven’t been praying. The Throne of Grace is where we receive the courage and strength to face any and all situations in a endument not our own. Biblical grace, you’ve read where I have said it before that: It’s the ability to do what we cannot do in our own power. The sufficiency of His grace is all we need for our every day walk with Him. When Paul asked for the testing to end, Jesus’ reply was that he depends upon His grace alone.

In Hebrews 4 we read these words:

“So then, we must cling in faith to all we know to be true. For we have a magnificent King-Priest, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who rose into the heavenly realm for us, and now sympathizes with us in our frailty. He understands humanity, for as a man, our magnificent King-Priest was tempted in every way just as we are, and conquered sin. So now we draw near freely and boldly to where grace is enthroned, to receive mercy’s kiss and discover the grace we urgently need to strengthen us in our time of weakness.”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:14-16‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Whenever we face things beyond our control, look up and say, “Your grace Lord!” It’s never crowded at the throne of Grace. There’s always room for one more. We have been invited to come not hesitantly or timidly, but boldly. We’re guaranteed to never walk away the same. Our resident King welcomes us with mercy’s kiss. Get a mental picture of that moment when you approach Him fully confident that He’s waiting just for you. Hear His loving welcoming voice. Let inhibitions fall, let every care fall, receive His all sufficient grace. Nothing else matters in that moment when you’re face to face with the greatest love of all.

His grace allows for total vulnerability, this is the one place where it’s alright to be naked and transparent. Confess that hidden sin, share your hurts, share your fears, tell Him everything and anything. Grace and mercy flows in abundance. And in this moment, He only has eyes for you. Remember it’s not crowded there. His wraparound love brings you close. Find all you’ve hoped for at the Throne of Grace. This is your moment. You won’t want to leave, but when you do, it will only be for a moment because you will turn around only to walk into His presence. The Throne is there for your help, a place to pour it all out, His presence…well, there’s no escaping it.

His Grace is a rhythm, walk in sync with its sound. You’ve abandoned what once held you back. Do what Paul did after he encountered His grace. Boast! For you have encountered greater strength. A strength that’s His alone.

“But He answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you, and My power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me. So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment—when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ—I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power.”

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9-10‬ ‭TPT‬‬

It’s never crowded at the Throne of Grace.
