3/4/21 - COME BOLDLY!

“I write this to you who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) the Name of the Son of God [in the peculiar services and blessings conferred by Him on men], so that you may know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that you [already] have life, yes, eternal life. And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us. And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:13-15‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God's unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“And, beloved, if our consciences (our hearts) do not accuse us [if they do not make us feel guilty and condemn us], we have confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God, And we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we [watchfully] obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:21-22‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

My friends, can we agree that reading those verses causes an adrenaline rush in your spirit? If you were feeling down or depressed those verses are the shot in the spiritual arm that you needed, IF you’ll believe every Word, because it’s God by His Spirit, inviting us to come boldly! If you’re living His commandments, then take Him at His Word.

My, my, my! Read those verses again, meditate on every syllable. Then open up your mouth and say with bold confidence. “ That’s my Daddy! And He’s speaking to me! This is the confidence, the assurance, the privilege of boldness, hallelujah! That I have in Him! Are you getting the impact of those words? Read them again! Our problem is, we rush through bible reading like it’s something we need to get out of the way. Then we miss out on the Holy Spirit ministering revelation to our hearts and minds. We don’t need to grovel or crawl into Abba’s presence, we are invited to approach Him with confidence. Let’s continue reading.

Get a hold of this next bold statement by the apostle John. “ we are sure” why? Because we have confidence in Him. Continue..we are sure! That if we ask anything! Jesus, Jesus! My mind is going bunkers. What does anything mean to you? I don’t know about you, but anything means no limits. Keep reading. “ make any request “ glory! Here’s the key, according to His will. What is His will? Matthew 6:33.; 3 John 2. What is the result? “He hears us!” But it gets better! If you get this, you’ll never be depressed or anxious, sick or lacking anything, another day in your life!

And, not but. But would imply that a negative is coming, AND, is continuing the thought. I’m getting excited! There’s another two letter word “if” (you’re confident) emphasis mine, is added to the equation. And if or since, you know, there’s another bold word, and are positive that He hears or listens to us in whatever, (there’s that no limitation word again), we ask, are you jumping up and down at what’s about to be revealed in your spirit? Here it comes! We also know with settled and absolute knowledge, (that means you know there’s no falsehood or untruth anywhere in His promises), that we have granted us as our present not future, our present possessions, the request made of Him. I’m at a loss for words. We have everything we ask of Him NOW. Hebrews 11:1 makes perfect sense.

Do you see how Hebrews 4:16 ties in here as well? Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of Grace. Jesus our High Priest, the same One who hears our request, have made a way for us to approach our Father through Him. There’s mercy for our failures, and grace for every need. This help is well timed, coming just when we need it. What do you need? When do you need it? I hear you, yesterday! Lol your yesterday is God’s today. His grace period isn’t like the world’s. Go back to 1 John 5:15. Don’t lose your confidence. Did you ask in faith according to His will? Well, His well timed help is on the way.

If you’re walking 1 John 3:19-21, then we can approach God with confidence. We can rest in His faithfulness to deliver. Your family and friends may disappoint you at times, but God in Christ Jesus never will. Boldness always finds its roots in being confident. Not in our abilities but in His. We’re not trying the Word, we’re proving it’s inability to fail. If God’s Word can fail, then He ceases being God. Remember what He said in Psalm 89:34 let’s read.

“My covenant will I not break or profane, nor alter the thing that is gone out of My lips.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭89:34‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Now go back and read 1 John 5:15 “And since we positively know.” Are you positive about what you know of His character? Then make a good confession of faith, boldly proclaim your confidence in Him. He’s only asked us to do one simple thing, “BELIEVE!” Believe that He will do exactly what you’ve asked according to His will. His will is your total wellbeing. Spiritual prosperity, soul (mind, will and emotional) prosperity, body, (physical) prosperity and your financial success. We live in an economic world, He gets it. We were not born again to struggle but to trust. Trust Him! He’s your Daddy God! Listen to these verses in Psalm and Proverbs. Put your name in there. Be bold! Be confident!

“My faithfulness and My mercy and loving-kindness shall be with him, and in My name shall his horn be exalted [great power and prosperity shall be conferred upon him].” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭89:24‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“The blessing of the Lord–it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it [neither does toiling increase it].”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭10:22‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

My faithfulness and My mercy and loving kindness shall be with Winsome, and in My Name shall Winsome’s horn (authority) be exalted, great power and prosperity shall be conferred upon Winsome. The blessings of the Lord, it makes Winsome rich, and I add no sorrow with it. Hallelujah! No toiling necessary for my increase. We don’t need to work four jobs. Our blessing comes from Him. We can approach Him with bold confidence and make our request known, because our hearts doesn’t accuse us. We watchfully obey His orders. We Observe His suggestions, and habitually practice what is pleasing to Him. God doesn’t shy away from the word prosperity, so why do we? Psalm 1 and Psalm 23:1, begins with a promise of blessings. Remember you can’t receive what you do not believe. He is our Helper and Provider, but He’s so much more, He’s our Savior and Lord.

“Keep trusting in the Lord and do what is right in His eyes. Fix your heart on the promises of God and you will be secure, feasting on His faithfulness. Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life, and He will provide for you what you desire the most. Give God the right to direct your life, and as you trust Him along the way you’ll find He pulled it off perfectly!” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37:3-5‬ ‭TPT‬‬🙏
